Live Orders

Where your real orders show up

1. Orders tab (live): every order placed on any customer's phone or computer syncs here in real time via a cloud database — no matter which device it was placed on. Update order status here and customers can track it.

2. Email (Formspree): every order is also emailed to the Gmail you connect in Settings → Formspree Endpoint, as a backup.

3. WhatsApp: customers also get a "Message us on WhatsApp" button with the full order pre-filled.

If the cloud connection is ever unavailable, the Orders tab automatically falls back to showing a local backup copy saved on this device only.

Contact & Payments

Get this from your PhonePe, Paytm or GPay app: Profile → "My UPI ID". Once set, customers who choose "Pay Online (UPI)" at checkout get a button that opens their own UPI app with your ID and the amount pre-filled — they can pay with any UPI app, no gateway account needed on your side.

Create a free form at formspree.io using your Gmail, then paste the endpoint URL here so every order emails straight to your inbox.

Shipping & Fees

Shipping is calculated by each product's weight (set per product in the Products tab) rounded up to the nearest slab, then multiplied by the rate above. Customers see the exact breakdown right before placing their order.
